Teacher Assistant

To support students with their learning, working in collaboration with administration, teachers, parents, and students.

A successful candidate will have:

Learning Specialist

We are seeking a learning leader with a minimum of 5 years experience who can communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.  Applicants will:

  • Have a deep interest in psychology and learning theory
  • Understand students for their potential
  • Be a keen student of research in learning
  • Provide strategic input to teachers and families
  • Have experience in the classroom
  • Think and work adaptively
  • Be a learning coach and advisor for students, parents, and teachers
  • Care for the whole health of students

Educators are supported with a robust weekly Research and Development program, instructional and learning coaches, mentors, a culture of collegiality, and resources that are driven by vision. The Learning Specialist will work closely with the Learning Strategist and the Vice Principal of Instruction to provide support to teachers and students in the Learning Commons.

The successful candidate will be introduced to a succession plan that includes increasing leadership responsibilities for student learning and faculty development.

Guidance Teacher

JOB POSTING for 2021-22: Guidance/Student Services

The ideal candidate will:

  • be an integral member in our Student Services Department working as a guidance counselor.
  • have completed at least Guidance Part 1.
  • be the contact for half of the students and a partner with a Learning Coordinator.
  • also teach some courses.

  • know or are willing to learn how to use quickly use and optimize programs such as Maplewood/Edsembli.
  • are committed to growing and developing the guidance/student services area within the parameters of the school.

Secondary English/Arts Teacher
